We do charge an $88 SGD consultation fee as your consultation includes time to discuss your needs and complete a 20 minutes trial of electrolysis. The total consultation time is approximately 1 hour.

This is to help avoid no-shows as we dedicate uninterrupted time to your consultation process.

The consultation process
In order to give you an honest and detailed explanation of the treatment and to see if electrolysis is right for your unwanted hair, your consultation will include:

Creating your client file and discussing any health contra-indications
​

Doing a skin and hair examination to determine technique to be used
​

Explaining the electrolysis treatment and how it will permanently eliminate your unwanted hair
​

Doing a short trial session to experience the entire process
​
A consultation is also necessary for customers who have previously done electrolysis elsewhere. We would like time to talk and review your needs before jumping in.

Need a Virtual Consultation?
We receive many short-term and transient clients globally from Malaysia, Indonesia, Taiwan, etc. Clients either come in at regular intervals or are based here for a short period of time. If you're planning to come to Singapore for Electrolysis, we can provide a virtual consultation. This will exclude the 20min trial, which will be added on to your first in-person visit.

To better assist you, please read our FAQ or Whatsapp us with your questions about Electrolysis pricing, appointment length, and intervals, kindly provide us with a clear photo of your treatment area. Make sure that the hair is visible above the skin, and the image is not blurry.

For intimate areas, we understand your privacy concerns and do not request for pictures. We recommend scheduling a consultation to discuss your specific treatment goals and hair removal areas instead.
