Service Policy:

HairFreeSG reserves the right to adjust or amend the hair removal services menu offered by HairFreeSG and prices.

Appointment Policy:

We abide by a 24 hour advance notice cancellation policy for your appointment. This is because we have reserved this time for you and dedicated our staff and space for your treatment.

​

Should you miss an appointment without 24 hours advanced notice, the appointment will be charged or deducted from your treatment plan credit.

​

A 50% cancellation fee applies for 

• Any request to reschedule or cancel within 24 hours

• A "no-show" or forgetting about an appointment

​

Late arrivals will result in reduced treatment time.

​

A consultation is required prior to first treatment. This allows you to complete your personal profile (customer intake form), understand the process, discuss any questions and concerns prior to starting hair removal. See why a consultation is important.

Please arrive at least 5 minutes prior to your treatment time and relax in our spacious newly decorated studio.​

Treatment Policy:

Please strictly follow all post-treatment instructions and tips for the best treatment results. Body hairs differ significantly between people; and as a customer, you have to follow pre-treatment and post-treatment instructions for the best treatment results and care of your skin.

Etiquette:

Please follow the pre-appointment tips / instructions, including no-makeup if your target area is on the face. We have makeup removal wipes if needed. 

 

Feel free to bring your own music or Podcast to listen to.  We provide you with eye protection, a blanket and other amenities to make you as  relaxed during your appointment. Let us know if you need anything during your appointment to be as comfortable as possible.

Refund Policy:

As a general rule, refund requests are not permitted if you have used at least 50% of your bought time. For instance, you have bought 10 hours package at a special price, and have already used 6 hours, a refund is not applicable. If you have purchased your treatment plan recently and have a change of mind, you are eligible for refund after paying for hours already used for treatment (at a regular non-promotion price) and the administrative fee.

Customer Policy:

Our Company staff reserve the right to provide hair removal services to various individuals depending on their professional preferences, training and treatment risks involved. For instance, our staff may deny the service to individuals who have any contra-indications as electrolysis is not entirely suitable hair removal technique for these customers.
